Production and Quality Control
Our manufacturing company is able to produce various polyethylene pipes ranging from 5 mm to 500 mm as well as various types of fittings. Some of our best selling products are Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) for micro irrigation systems and High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) for gaseous fuels, water supply, safe drinking water, sewage treatment systems and coated pipes for optical fiber and telecommunications. The whole manufacturing process is done according to standards such as ISO, INSO, ISIRI, IGS, ASTM, DIN, EN and EN ISO. We also produce two and three layer polyethylene pipes in different colors for different applications. These products are made the latest technology available. In the field of fittings production, Redbird manufactures different types of fittings for micro and macro irrigation systems, e.g. drippers, sprinklers and micro jets (for application in greenhouses and landscapes). At the present time, the total capacity of our annual production is 27250 tons per year. In addition, our company is able to produce 1500 tons of fittings per year.
Raw Materials and Laboratory
The raw materials for Redbird products are mainly supplied by high quality and reliable local and international sources. All the incoming raw materials are examined in the laboratory by the lab technicians, and after having the quality approved, they are sent to the production site. Our laboratories are well equipped with tools and machinery from the infamous German company IPT.

Examining the Physical Appearance of the Products (Visual Tests)
The quality of the products are examined during all the production stages and the final products will be tested according to INSO 14427, IS04427, EN12201, EN1555, and DN8047 standards. It will be our pleasure to discuss the project with you and to give you all the required information. Analyzing the results of examinations in order to guarantee full compliance with the requirements of the specified standards, monitoring the calibration processes for measurement equipment’s according to the specified time table, controlling the quality of the products and monitoring the marking process according to associated standards, monitoring the warehousing procedure, and controlling the storing, arrangement procedures as well as the storage time in the warehouse, are some of the primary responsibilities of the quality control center.
